Dear customers, as you know, every time a tyre is placed on the national market, it is necessary to provide management of its end of life when it becomes a waste. For this reason the Italian legislation provided for the "environmental grant" means a small amount added to the tyre sales invoice to cover the costs for the start-up and recovery of Tyres Out of Use (PFU). From 01/01/2022 LeCont, will no longer be a partner of the Ecotyre Consortium, but will be associated with the Consortium Greentire which collects the ecocontribution collected from all its members and uses it to manage in the most efficient way possible the necessary logistic row to transform the PFU in resource second a logic circular economy. The environmental grant, where due, is always to be added to the price quotations of the tyres made by the LeCont Sales Department, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.
