RTKF and Sodi dominate at Le Mans

01/09/2014

As in 2013, as well as five other times in the history of the French classic, like Audi in the 24 of cars, as always (or almost). The RTKF - Sarthe team with the #1 kart (Sodi, Parilla) won again the 24 Hours of Le Mans Karting, with its # 1 kart driven by the Abbasse-Fiault-Becq-Petit crew. This is the fourth victory at Le Mans for Anthony Abbasse and Charles Fiault and the sixth victory for the RTKF team. It was overwhelmingly achieved, with a perfect race, without the slightest hitch, won with a pace that literally left the competition speechless for the speed and consistency sported by the #1 crew. So much so that he crossed the finish line with 15 laps of advantage (out of 1491 total laps) compared to the second classified, the #50 of the Kartmag - La Manche team. The great success with the public should be noted. In fact, the race was attended by 6500 paying spectators, who were undoubtedly also attracted by the magnificent weather conditions.
